________

Born under the harsh Australian sun, Standard Procedure is the quintessential Australian lifestyle brand. Inspired by the sun-kissed days of bygone eras; the surf explorations of Australia’s magical coastlines, the long haired beach boys and bronzed bikini-clad women, Dion Agius and Zepha Jackson, have come together to create products that resonate with our laidback Australian lifestyle. Dion, a professional surfer raised on the beach and in the saltwater, and Zepha, an innovator and advocate for ethical manufacturing - the two friends have combined their knowledge to produce a high quality, protective sun-care range. All our products are made in our 100% solar powered factory on the Sunshine Coast, by Zepha’s family who have produced sunscreen for 40 years.

Standard Procedure is still in its infancy being only a year old, but is experiencing rapid growth. In our first year we have rolled out products in over 100 independent retailers Australia Wide and established distribution across Europe and New Zealand. We have exciting brand partnerships in the works and our product range continues to grow with more products and projects in the pipeline.

With this growing momentum, we are snowed under in tasks and need some assistance. The job will be assisting company directors in operations including but not limited to ordering, sourcing, planning, strategising and assisting with communication between collaboration partners, retailers, consumers. There is a wide variety of assistance needed and we’re looking for someone with a diverse skill set to help flesh out a roll of their own.

To be successful in this role you will have working experience for the backend of a brand. You’ll have strong organisational and time management skills. You’ll love being part of a team, but able to work autonomously. Critical to your success will be your ability to identify gaps and opportunities to improve productivity. You should have a strong grasp of priorities and strategies, to be able to lead product roll out from concept to execution, to launch products on time and on budget.
